Responsibilities:1. Assisting student affairs in accordance with the school’s relevant regulations, under guidance of the Dean of Student Affairs and the head of department.
2. Attending counseling and student affairs meetings as well as participating in on-the-job trainings.
3. Keeping close contact with the department and students’ parents; understanding the personal and family circumstances of students; and familiarizing with all learning resources and aiding measures, so as to provide necessary assistance or referral whenever possible.
4. Reinforcing the first line of defense for those at-risk students; providing counseling through exploiting resources both inside and outside the school.
5. Performing evaluation on students’ life; advising on how to reward and discipline students; and carrying out the final decision of Student Disciplinary Committee.
6. Supervising students in entering information onto the Counseling Information System and E-portfolio.
7. Implementing all relevant exams and evaluations on the physical and mental development of students.
8. Implementing the school’s rudimentary and life education; promoting all-round education; and encouraging and assisting students to participate in different extracurricular activities.

10.Taking shifts to provide dormitory life counseling and visiting students living in off-campus housings.
