Doctoral Program: Graduate Program in English (GPE)

The curriculum of Graduate Program in English (GPE) consists of a required course and a number of elective courses. Students must earn a minimum of 30 credits and complete a thesis to earn a doctoral degree through the Graduate Program in English (GPE) program.

2. Qualifying Examination

4. Oral defense 1 (proposal)
5. Oral defense 2 (final)
6. Candidates must have at least two research papers or publications related to the doctoral program conducted under the identity of the doctoral program of CFS after admission, and they must be the first author or corresponding author.

   Please note that proposal and final oral defense can not be conducted in the same semester.
