一、招募說明

配合長庚大學教育部相關計畫及長庚紀念醫院國民健康署相關計畫之研究與執行需求，誠徵專任研究助理 1–2 名。實際聘任單位將依計畫需求、錄取情形及相關規定辦理。

二、招募職缺

1. 招募職務：專任研究助理（學士級／碩士級）

2. 招募人數：1–2 名

3. 工作地點：林口長庚紀念醫院早期療育中心

4. 工作時間：週一至週五 09:00–18:00（含午休 1 小時），並須視計畫、研究收案或活動需求配合週六輪班。

5. 計畫聘任期間：預計自 2026 年 10 月 1 日起至 2027 年 12 月 31 日止。後續將視計畫執行情形、經費及工作表現評估續聘可能性。

6. 工作內容

  • 行政文書及研究計畫相關行政作業 
  • 研究計畫執行與進度協助 
  • 臨床研究收案及受試者聯繫 
  • 資料分析及研究結果整理 
  • 協助研究團隊相關活動及跨單位聯繫 
  • 其他主管交辦事項 

7. 學歷要求：大學或碩士畢業。

8. 科系條件：不限科系，具醫護衛生、兒童發展、幼兒教育或特殊教育、心理、復健、統計、資料分析或其他研究相關背景背景者尤佳。

9. 其他條件

  • 熟悉 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等文書軟體操作。
  • 具研究資料整理、統計分析或臨床研究相關經驗者尤佳。
  • 具 SPSS、R、Python 或其他統計／資料分析軟體經驗者尤佳。
  • 工作細心、負責，具良好溝通協調能力及團隊合作精神。
  • 可配合研究收案、活動支援及必要之工作安排。

10. 薪資與福利薪資依：實際聘任單位、計畫經費、學歷、年資及相關規定核定。

目前參考起薪如下：

學士級：約新臺幣 36,300 元／月起**

碩士級：約新臺幣 41,500 元／月起**

實際薪資、勞健保、勞退及其他相關福利，依*庚大學或長庚紀念醫院實際聘任規定辦理。

Full-Time Research Assistant Recruitment – Prof. Chia-Ling Chen, Graduate Institute of Early Intervention, Chang Gung University

1. Recruitment Information

To support research projects related to the Ministry of Education at Chang Gung University and the Health Promotion Administration at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, we are recruiting 1–2 full-time research assistants. The actual employing institution will be determined according to project needs, recruitment results, and relevant regulations.

2. Position Details

  1. Position: Full-Time Research Assistant (Bachelor’s / Master’s level)
  2. Number of Openings: 1–2
  3. Work Location: Early Intervention Center, Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital
  4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, including a one-hour lunch break. Saturday shifts may be required depending on project, participant recruitment, or activity needs.
  5. Appointment Period: Expected from October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Renewal may be considered depending on project status, funding, and work performance.
  6. Job Responsibilities:
    • Administrative and research-related tasks
    • Assistance with research project implementation and progress
    • Clinical participant recruitment and communication
    • Data analysis and preparation of research results
    • Assistance with research activities and cross-department coordination
    • Other duties assigned by the supervisor
  7. Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  8. Preferred Background: Open to all majors; applicants with backgrounds in healthcare, child development, early childhood or special education, psychology, rehabilitation, statistics, data analysis, or research-related fields are preferred.
  9. Preferred Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Experience in research data management, statistical analysis, or clinical research is preferred
    • Experience with SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical/data analysis software is preferred
    • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a team
    • Willing to assist with participant recruitment, activities, and other necessary work arrangements
  10. Salary and Benefits: Salary will be determined according to the actual employing institution, project funding, educational background, experience, and relevant regulations.
    Current reference starting salaries:
  • Bachelor’s degree: approximately NT$36,300/month or above
  • Master’s degree: approximately NT$41,500/month or above

Final salary, labor insurance, National Health Insurance, pension contribution, and other benefits will follow the regulations of Chang Gung University or Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.
